Objectif(s): To collect samples of soil, lake sediments and waters; to develop guidelines for more effective use of geochemical methods of exploration for gold deposits in glaciated, periglacial terrain, Slave Province, NWT;

Description du projet: The research will involve the collection of soil, lake sediments and waters. Soil and lake sediments will be sieved to give different size fractions (sand, silt, clay, etc.) and each fraction analyzed for gold to determine which size fraction is best to use in gold exploration.
