Objectif(s): To examine and contrast the character of three predominant property regimes (common, private, state); to observe and characterize the property regime established under the Inuvialuit Regional Land Claim; to anticipate how these will factor in the prospect of integrated natural resource conservation in the Mackenzie Valley Region;

Description du projet: The Researcher will examine the property regime established under the Inuvialuit Regional Settlement Act. Informal field observations, literature and file reviews and informal discussions with key persons will be carried out.
