Objectif(s): To contribute to the reconstruction of holocene environments and environmental changes with emphasis on the last century; to contribute to the GSC glocal change program in studying the geomorphic processes past and present in order to predict future potential impacts of environmental changes;
Description du projet: The research team will investigate a few localities to determine the best sites to study eolian deposits (sand dunes) and features related to permafrost degradation. Samples of granular and organic deposits will be taken.
