Objectif(s): To familiarize staff to the recently discovered "fossil forest"; to conduct an analysis to assess feasibility of incorporating the site into the existing Northern Ellesmere Island National Park Reserve for the purpose of protection and interpretation;

Description du projet: The Researcher and his team will join other researchers already at the site to become familiar with the fossil forest site and the surrounding region. No sampling or removal of fossils will be undertaken by this field team.
