Objectif(s): To investigate permafrost and ground ice conditions of glacial, glacial-fluvial and colluvial deposits in the vicinity of the terminus of the White-Thompson Glacier; to investigate the modern periglacial and permafrost processes;
Description du projet: The study will involve the mapping of the terminal moraine system of the White and Thompson Glaciers, the sampling and analyses of sediment, ice and water and the monitoring of a series of study sites.
