Objectif(s): To obtain information on the genetic structure of the moss "Polytrichum juniperinum"; to assess the relative importance of sexual and asexual reproduction of populations of "P. juniperinum" near Iqaluit; to compare similiar studies on this population in Newfoundland;

Description du projet: The Researcher will investigate the relative contribution of two processes ( growth by adding new shoots from existing stems or new reproduction) for increasing the population size in a species of moss growing in the Iqaluit area.
