Objectif(s): To monitor and replace (where necessary) temperature probes at the Pangnirtung water reservoir and at the Pond Inlet water supply lake; to install new temperature probes at the Pond Inlet water supply lake to monitor temperature changes in the new berm following its completion; to retrieve data stored in data loggers at these sites; to examine, photograph and sample near surface sediment and ground ice.

Description du projet: Mr. Hyatt is continuing his study to see if permafrost and ground ice are affecting the new water reservoir at Pangnirtung and at Pond Inlet.
