Objectif(s): To identify and analyse the success of past training and promotion initiatives to promote involvement by women in trades; to analyse labour requirements for designated trades in the N.W.T.; to identify and analyse attitudes of the target population; to identify and analyse employer attitudes; to identify barriers to women's participation in the designated trades and possible solutions;
Description du projet: The Researcher will carry out a needs assessment. Interviews will be conducted with 30 employers, organizations and trades women. A small sample of men working in trades will also be interviewed.
