Objective(s): Migratory bird studies in connection with the Arctic Island sPipeline Project (Resolute to the Manitoba-NWT border); Wager Bay raptor study; Widlife land use surveys in the area bounded within Yellowknife, Coppermine and Bathurst Inlet; waterfowl studies on Mills Lake and Beaver Lake (Fort Providence area); and smaller migratory bird projects that occur from time to time throughout the Northwest Territories. These studies will include population counts, habitat tudies, the determination of the means and method of protection of habitat and the impact of industrial and related projects of the habitat.
